Shovel Knight Showdown finishes off the Treasure Trove for Shovel Knight with an arena brawler. It’s not going to topple Smash, but it proves fun for gamers who have been with the title for the past six years. Strangely, it is also available as a standalone, which this reviewer got to try cold turkey with mixed results.

Dex is an exciting cyberpunk MetroidVania RPG style game with a rich storyline that draws you into a world of intrigue, where the titular character must help thwart the Singularity where artificial intelligence surpasses the human mind. An amazing tale on paper that has received accolades during it's life on Steam, but this Vita edition has a few kinks that need to be ironed out for it to be a fully enjoyable experience.

In Between is a very artistic game about a man coming to grips with his own demise. Within, the feeling of not knowing which way is up becomes literal, as our hero manipulates (or is manipulated by) the very force of gravity, and changing the direction of that force is integral to success and helping our protagonist find his own ending. Schrödinger's Cat and the Raiders of the Lost Quark is a newly downloadable game from Italic Pig and Team17, where the eponymous cat is tasked with saving the Particle Zoo from the madness of all the loosed inhabitants. A 80's-90's platformer at it's core with a lot of quirky touches and highbrow humor round out the package.
