What's Your Most Anticipated Title of 2019? A Gamer's Lounge Community Question
This week we’re looking into the future. I remember a time, prior to internet, prior to me being a diehard gamer, where my window into the future of gaming was limited to what new games I saw on the shelf when I went to Wal-Mart, and the best way to find out if a game was worth playing was to read the back of the box. Now, games get proclaimed to the world months if not years in advance. We asked our community Facebook page what games they are looking forward to most in the new year.
Ryan (me): I can't wait to see Fire Emblem on Switch. I loved Awakening, though I've had a hard time getting through Fates and haven't even gotten to TOUCH Echoes. I may have to succumb and go into easy mode finally so I can see the stories!
Barry: Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
Robert: Devil May Cry 5 hands down. The original DMC is my favorite action game of all time and so far this one looks like it could not only be the best one yet but bring stylish action games back to the mainstream.
Giancarlo: Cyberpunk 2077 and the outer worlds
Erik: Cyberpunk 2077 and Metro Exodus
Brian: Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3. I’ve dabbled with one before. And it was quite fun. Plus it’s a Switch exclusive. Take that, all other systems!
