To say Skylanders is a hit for Activision is like saying that fish like water. As of February 2015, the Skylanders franchise has had over $3 billion in sales and sold over 250 million toys. This fall the fifth installment of the game will be released, Skylanders: Superchargers and along with the game, a whole new collection of toys and accessories. It is safe to say that Nintendo has scored big with the Amiibo's. Most are very hard to find, some are impossible.
