My name is John Meadows. I am Founder and Owner of The Gamers Lounge, and I also producer and host of The Gamers Lounge Podcast. I have been playing video games for over 30 years. I'm not only a player, but a collector as well. My console of choice is anything with the name SEGA on it. I enjoy RPG's and any game with a good storyline. Some of my favorites are the Yakuza and Shenmue series.

My name is Nathanael, and I am a Minecraft addict. I am also one of the co-hosts of The Gamers Lounge Podcast. I play games of many different types, but I am especially fond of western-style RPGs, action adventures, and open world games. Arcade racers are the way to go; forget that simulation stuff. I grew up with point-and-click adventure games and old school things, like ZZT, so I guess you could say I've been doing this for a long time.

I have a YouTube channel that focuses mainly on Minecraft, but I do put up other games from time to time. You can also follow me on Twitter @Polygon_Wizard

My name is Erik Kubik, and I'm one of the co-founders and contributors here at The Gamers Lounge. I've been writing about video games for 7+ years now. Before coming to The Gamers Lounge, I was the Editor-in-Chief for Goozernation.com, a Goozex Community fan site. I've been gaming since the late '80s. At one time, I was mostly a PC gamer, but the release of the Dreamcast changed this. Due to this amazing Dreamcast system, I was a convert. Nowadays, I dabble in console and PC gaming. Some of my favorite games include the Fallout series, Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, Resident Evil 4, GTA San Andreas, Metro Last Light, and Bioshock.

My name is Ryan Johnson. My life used to circle around video games, starting with an old Commodore 64 PC running Blue Print, Ghostbusters, and the old B.C. comic strip game, and has evolved through the years to include about every system ever created.

I find my time split these days between doing the adult thing to pay bills and raising two wonderful kids with my wife Renee, but I still love gaming, and have been introducing my sons to my favorite pastime. You can follow along in my series: Evolution of a Gamer, where I learn a thing or two while teaching them about video games. I write other stuff for the site as well, but these are some of my favorite pieces.

My name is Robert Blount and I write many of the news stories you find here; I'm also the Assistant Social Media Manager (I help run the twitter feed!); I'm also currently a full time student pursuing a degree in the Management Information Systems field. I've been playing games for 25 years starting with the NES and Sega Genesis. I've owned nearly every console since. Some of my favorite games of all time include every game in the Metal Gear Solid franchise, Devil May Cry, Super Mario Bros., Amplitude, anything made by Naughty Dog, and my current favorite game and obsession is Final Fantasy 14.

TheDigitalGamer Multitasking

Hi guys I'm Aron Adams AKA TheDigitalGamer, a 24 year old guy from all the way in the UK. I have been playing games for literally about 15 years and my most favourite genre is RPGs, most notably anything Bethesda create, although I have plunged countless hours into many well known MMORPGs. I'm currently spending most of my spare time playing Minecraft which I regularly upload to my Youtube channel and on my personal blog. I have strong links within the Indie Community and tend to lean more towards those games when it comes to writing reviews and articles.

My name is Jeremy Fisher and I'm Senior Writer here at The Gamers Lounge.  I am 29 years old and live in the great State of Iowa (That’s the small state in the middle of the U.S.).  I have played video games for as long as I can remember, starting with the NES.  I am a computer technician for a school district and the father of 3 boys, so free time to play games these days is a rare occasion.  When time allows, I enjoy playing a wide variety of games, but mainly stick to sports games since I don't get the time to put in to longer games. Lately I have been playing Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Assassin’s Creed Unity, Madden 15 and occasionally play some old-school games on my 3DS, N64 and SNES.  If you were to ask me what my favorite game of all-time is, that would be a very hard choice.  I’m not sure I could name one single game, but I would say that the Legend of Zelda series is my favorite series.

I would consider myself more of a collector than a gamer.  I find just as much enjoyment in finding good deals on games I don't already have in my collection or coming across a rare game that I don't have as I do in playing the games I own.  I have more games in my backlog that I haven't even opened than I have played through completely.  I started collecting in 2013 and have a decent collection consisting of a variety of games for most systems from NES to PS4.

I look forward to writing/streaming for the-gamers-lounge!  I hope everyone enjoys my articles, reviews and streams!  If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, feel free to contact me any time.
